Dr. Ashton is a clinical psychologist and the founder of Strata Intel. Beginning his career in 1995, he spent decades documenting the impact of strain on human and organizational performance. That clinical foundation led him to build a platform that translates mental health data into actionable insights for team leaders — bridging psychology and business in a practical, scalable way.

Danny is the co-founder of Evergreen Partners and a former President and CEO of The Pennant Group. Holding a Juris Doctor degree, he brings decades of executive leadership experience across healthcare and business strategy. He also serves as an Affiliate Professor of Law.

His background spans Goldman Sachs, PricewaterhouseCoopers strategy consulting, senior home health operations, and founding Aspen Billing and Coding — reflecting a career built at the intersection of healthcare delivery and business performance.

With a degree and background in international business, he spent 12 years as a professional basketball player in Italy before building a career in sales leadership and business development. Stephanie Rovetti

Director of Education

Stephanie is the Director of Education at Strata Intel. She is an Olympic bronze medalist, earning her medal with Team USA in rugby sevens at the 2024 Paris Olympics — the first Olympic rugby medal for the U.S. women's team in history. A former collegiate basketball player, she holds a B.S. in Public Health and an MPA and an MOT. She brings the same drive and discipline that shaped her athletic career to her professional work in healthcare operations.
